Today we want to share news that fills us with hope and optimism for the future ahead.
After a process of reflection and analyzing different alternatives, we have decided to take a very important step: AyGLOO integrates into Mashfrog Group as part of its growth strategy.
Our journey so far
Since our founding in 2021, we have maintained constant growth, adding new clients each year to reach the current 16. With the firm intention of being a truly differential company, we have invested around 1 million euros in R&D&i (a very significant figure for a company of our size) with the financial support of CDTI*. This investment has allowed us to specialize and make a difference in two key areas:
- Prescriptive Decision AI: We have the most advanced techniques to offer transparency and trust to non-technical users who apply Machine Learning in critical and responsible processes.
- Agentic AI: Before AyGLOO was created, our team was already working together on developing NLP models with Deep Learning, which over time evolved towards Agentic AI. Today we have advanced solutions in production in large companies, a differential value in a market where multiple competitors have emerged in the last two years.
Why this decision?
Although we are already present in four markets: Spain, Italy, Mexico, and USA, we knew that to accelerate our growth we needed something more:
- Credibility with large companies, which could still perceive us as a startup with risk.
- Internationalization, because our technology fits perfectly in innovative organizations in any market.
After several years in which R&D&i has been our main lever of differentiation, the time has come to make the leap and consolidate our growth at scale.
What Mashfrog brings us
For all these reasons, we have decided to become part of Mashfrog, a company that from our beginnings has trusted us as an investor and with which we share the vision that innovation is the engine of success. Mashfrog brings us:

- Internationalization: In Italy alone, by the end of this year, we will reach 50% of our revenue.
